తప్పు ఎవరిది?

 విధ్యారంగం లో అద్భుతమైన అభివృద్ది. ప్రతీ ఏడాది గొప్ప గొప్ప ఫలితాలు. 100% పాస్ అయిన స్కూల్స్ ఎన్నో. చాలా మంచి విషయమే. కానీ ఇది అంతా నాణానికి ఒకవైపే. మరోపక్క తల్లి తండ్రులకు, విధ్యార్థులు కు వస్తున్న మార్కులతో, పెర్సంటేజ్ లతో సంతృప్తి ఉండడం లేదు. 9.9 వచ్చిన విధ్యార్థులు, తల్లి తండ్రులు కూడా అసంతృప్తి తో రగిలి పోతున్నారు. మార్కులు ఒక్కటే జీవితం కాదు  ఈ ఏడాది ఈ అసంతృప్తి కి లోనై  బలవంతం గా ప్రాణాలు తీసుకున్న విధ్యార్థులు ఎంతో మంది ఉన్నారు. పరీక్షలలో సరైన మార్కులు రాలేదని, పక్కవాడి కంటే తక్కువ వచ్చాయి అని, పరీక్షలలో ఫెయిల్ అయ్యామని,  తక్కువ మార్కుల వలన తల్లితండ్రులు మందలించారు అని ఇలా కారణం ఏదైనా కానీ ఫలితం మాత్రం బలవంతపు మరణమే. కుమారుడు కు పదవ తరగతి ఫలితాలు లో 9.5 వచ్చి నా,  తల్లి మొహం లో విచారం చూసి ధైర్యం చెప్పి , ఐనా మంచి మార్కులే వచ్చాయి కదా అని అంటే,  ఏమి మంచి మా చిన్నప్పటి చదువులు కాదు కదా 10/10 రావాలి అని ఆ తల్లి కన్నీళ్లు పెట్టుకుంది. అంతే కాదు మా బందువులలో చాలా మందికి ఇంకా మంచి మార్కులు వచ్చాయి అని కుమిలి కుమిలి బాధ పడింది. ఆ తల్లి బాధ చూసి తట్టుకోలేక ఆ విద్యార్థి ఆత్మహత్య ప్రయత్

మార్గదర్శి ఇదీ చరిత్ర

 మార్గదర్శి అంటే నమ్మకానికి మారుపేరుగా తీర్చి దిద్దారు రామోజీరావు. 1962 లో మార్గదర్శి ప్రారంభం చేసినపుడు చిటఫండ్స్ కు ఆదరణ లేదు. కానీ ముందుచూపుతో మార్గదర్శి చిట్ ఫండ్ సంస్థ ను ప్రారంభం చేసి దానిని 60 ఏళ్ళు గా విజయపధం లో నడిపిస్తున్నారు రామోజీరావు.  మార్గదర్సి చిట్ ఫండ్ ప్రైవేట్ లిమిటెడ్  అనే పేరు తెలుగు వారు ఎక్కడ ఉన్నా గుర్తు పెట్టుకునే పేరు. తెలుగు కుటుంబాల ఆర్ధిక ప్రణాళిక లో భాగం అయిన పేరు. ఎంతో మంది ఆర్ధిక విజయాలకు బాట వేసిన పేరు. ఎంతో మంది వ్యాపారస్తులకు ఆర్ధిక అలంబన అయిన పేరు. ప్రజలతో నిజాయితీ గా మమేకం అవ్వడమే ఈ విజయానికి కారణం.  తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాలలో ఎన్నో చిట్ ఫండ్ కంపెనీ లు వెలిసి, ప్రజల నమ్మకాన్ని నిలబెట్టుకోలేక బోర్డు తిప్పేసిన కధలు ఎన్నో ఉన్నాయి. కానీ ఆర్థిక క్రమ శిక్షణతో ఖాతా దారుల నమ్మకాన్ని నిలబెడుతూ  60 ఏళ్లుగా ఒక్కక్క మెట్టు ఎక్కుతూ మూడు రాష్ట్రాలలో విజయకేతనం ఎగరవేసిన చిట్ ఫండ్ సంస్థ ఒక్క మార్గదర్శి అని చెప్పవచ్చు. చెరుకూరి రామోజీరావు దూర దృష్టి దృడనిశ్చయంతో మార్గనిర్దేశం చేయబడిన మార్గదర్శి 1962 అక్టోబర్‌లో ఒక చిన్న కార్యాలయంలో కేవలం ఇద్దరు వ్యక్తులు తో ప్రారంభం అయ్యింది.
